Bruce has worked as a full-time potter in Utah since 1983. He knew at an early age that he would make a living with his hands. In 1979, he took his first pottery class and was hooked. His work can be seen at many Art Festivals throughout the country and at many galleries in the mountain west.
His porcelain and stoneware creations are fired in a gas kiln to cone 10 (2400 degrees) in his studio adjacent to his mountain-side home. All his work is lead-free, microwave and dishwasher-safe. You may bake in your pottery, however, it is sensitive to abrupt temperature changes.
Bruce lives in Park City with his wife and has two daughters. He currently sits on the Board of Directors at the Kimball Art Center in Park City. Bruce is currently the owner of Artworks Gallery.
